SUBJECT:
Request approval of FDEP Agreement No. S0696 Amendment No. 2 which extends the agreement time and reallocates funding to different tasks.
SUMMARY:
This amendment transfers previously allocated grant funding in the amount of $110,000 from post-construction tasks to the design and construction phases. This transfer will help to alleviate additional expenditures from the City's stormwater fund while retaining sufficient monitoring funding for the required post-construction activities.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends execution of FDEP TMDL Agreement No. S0696 Amendment No. 2.
ALTERNATIVES:
Do not execute and contribute Stormwater Management Utility funding to the project.
