- February 3, 2016 the Special Magistrate found Rosalind Gansauer responsible for the violation referenced above and gave her 180 days to obtain a permit and comply with all conditions of the permit or a fine of $100.00 per day would be assessed.
- August 8, 2016 Officer Coss issued a 90 day extension.
- October 25, 2016 Staff received a request for another extension which had to be presented to the Special Magistrate for approval.
