FINDINGS/ORDER:

July 1, 2009 the Special Magistrate found Dean Bryan responsible for the violations mentioned above and gave him 30 days to comply or a fine of $250.00 per day would be assessed.

ACTION DATES:

  1. September 10, 2009 an inspection was made, violations were not corrected, the fines began.
  2. October 12, 2009 the Order Assessing Fine and Imposing Lien was recorded with the Clerk of the Circuit Court St. Lucie County.
  3. October 12, 2012 an inspection was made, the violations were now corrected, the fines stopped.  At this time Staff learned that Mr. Dantilus was the new owner and sent him a letter advising him of the lien and the fines.
  4. November 14, 2016 received request for reduction from Mr. Dantilus
  5. The total amount of lien is $282,050.00 ($50.00 is recording fees).

RECOMMENDATION:
