SUBJECT:
Request approval of Change Order No. 2 for Lincoln Park Neighborhood Improvements in the amount of $23,873.12 for compensation of contract line item overruns.
SUMMARY:
This request will provide compensation for contract quantity overruns, as noted on the attached change order, and as required per field conditions and modification of the construction limits.
RECOMMENDATION:
