Funding Request for Golf Course and Sunrise Theatre

SUBJECT:

Approve transfers of $170,000 to address the Golf Course funding shortage and $156,000 to Sunrise Theatre's shortage.

SUMMARY:

During the presentations of the monthly financial reports Commission has been made aware of the funding shortage in the Golf Course and Sunrise Theatre and the need to transfer funds. The Golf Course will need $170,000 to address the negative cash balance in the fund and Sunrise Theatre $156,000.

RECOMMENDATION:

Transfer $326,000 from the General Fund to address the shortages in Golf Course Fund and Sunrise Theatre Fund. 

ALTERNATIVES:

The Commission can allocate an amount they deem appropriate.
