FINDINGS/ORDER:

May 4, 2016 the Special Magistrate found GHAZANFAR SAEED responsible for the violations listed above and gave him 60 days to obtain a permit(s) and comply with all conditions of the permit(s) or a fine of $100.00 per day would be assessed.

ACTION DATES:

July 3, 2016 Building Department Investigator Coss issued an extension.
July 15, 2016 the permit was issued. Since there was no inspection the permit expired as of January 11, 2017.
January 18, 2017 an inspection was made; the violations were not in compliance, the fines began.
January 31, 2017 received an email from Mr. Saeed requesting we cap the fines to $2,000 and allow him more time to comply.
Fines are currently $2,320.00 ($20.00 recording fees) and accruing at $100.00 daily until compliance.
