SUBJECT:
Request to reduce code enforcement fines in the amount of $3,200.00 against 1509 Faber Court, Ft. Pierce, FL, Parcel ID # 2401-605-0058-000-5 which was previously owned by Helen Hall, 1509 Faber Court, Ft. Pierce, FL and currently owned by Florida Beach & Golf Retreats LLC, 7128 Maidstone Drive, Port St. Lucie, FL 34986 to $1,600.00 payable in 30 days.
SUMMARY:
The violations and lien were issued against the former owner, Helen Hunt in 2002. Upon her death, the property was inherited by her two children but the matter of the lien was never addressed. The property was sold in 2016 to Florida Beach and Golf Retreats, LLC. The reduction request is being presented by Mr. Sneed, representative of Ms. Hall's heirs.
RECOMMENDATION:
The Special Magistrate heard the request and recommends to the City Commission to reduce the lien of $3,200.00 to $1,600.00 payable 30 days.
