VIOLATIONS:

CORRECTIVE ACTIONS:
- April 6, 2016 the Special Magistrate found Maria Dominguez responsible for the violation listed above and gave her 60 days to obtain a permit and comply all all permit conditions or a fine of $100.00 per day would be assessed.
- May 26, 2016 Officer granted a 90 day extension.
- December 7, 2016 another extension of time was scheduled; however, no one was present and Staff rescheduled for January.
- January 4, 2017; again no one was present. Special Magistrate issued order to start fines.
- January 4, 2017 the violations were not corrected and the fines began.
- January 27, 2017 Mr. Risco came into office and said they he not received the notice of fines or the hearing dates as they were sent to the Maple Avenue address rather than the 418 N 13th Street address.
- The violations are still not complied and the fines continue to accrue. Currently as of this date February 13, 2107 the fines are $4,020.00 ($20.00 recording fees).
