CORRECTIVE ACTIONS:
- Trash is to be placed in dumpster at all times.
- Remove any debris that is being left on property when landscaping is being done.
- Boxes, containers and any other miscellaneous items being stored throughout the property is to be removed and placed in an enclosed area.
- Structure needs to be painted.
- Paint or pressure wash where needed; parking areas, walks and other paved areas.
RECOMMENDATION:
The City requests that if the Special Magistrate finds the violation exists, the violator(s) be given 15 days to comply or a fine of $500? per day be assessed.
