SUBJECT:
Approve FEMA-4283-DR-FL Federally Funded Public Assistance Funding Agreement to restore the City to its pre-Hurricane Matthew conditions.
SUMMARY:
FEMA has approved the City’s request for Public Assistance (RPA) to restore the City to its pre-Hurricane Matthew conditions. It is now necessary for the City to enter into the attached Federally Funded Public Assistance Funding Agreement.
RECOMMENDATION:
Approve the Federally Funded Public Assistance Funding Agreement.
ALTERNATIVES:
Approve with recommendations.
