- February 15, 2017 Special Magistrate ordered a fine of $1500.00 to be paid to the City of Fort Pierce within 90 days and an immediate cease and desist of all current and future rentals of the property referenced above.
- April 19, 2017 an inspection was made, there were still renters on the property, issued a recall of the case to have further determination by the Special Magistrate.
