SUBJECT:
Approve Subordination of City Utility Interest Agreements between the City of Fort Pierce and Florida Department of Transportation needed for the Kings Highway Road Widening Project.
SUMMARY:
Attached agreements are needed by FDOT and were approved by the FPUA Board on Tuesday, April 4, 2017.
RECOMMENDATION:
Approve agreements.

Modify agreements or do not approve.
