SUBJECT:
Resolution 17-R16 Establishing Quasi-Judicial Hearing Procedures
SUMMARY:
The City Commission recognizes the need to establish procedures for the conduct of all quasi-judicial hearings for city boards and committees. The resolution establishes procedures based upon recent training that was provided to the City Commission and best practices used in other jurisdictions.
RECOMMENDATION:
Approve 17-R16
