SUBJECT:
Approval of Lease between the FPRA and Ianco, Inc. for operation of Cobb's Landing Restaurant.
SUMMARY:
On February 21, 2017, the FPRA Board voted to direct staff to move forward in finalizing a Lease consistent with the original RFP. The attached lease accomplishes that directive.
RECOMMENDATION:
Approve the Lease as presented.
ALTERNATIVES:
Approve lease with changes or deny approval.
