CORRECTIVE ACTIONS:
- Please have the house/address numbers done in contrasting colors so they are clearly visible from the street.
- Please contact the Building Dept. at 772-467-3000 and apply for a permit to rehabilitate the structures on the property.
- Please pressure clean the driveway, sidewalks and all concrete areas to remove all mold.
RECOMMENDATION:
The City requests that if the Special Magistrate finds the violation exists, the violator(s) be given 30 days to obtain a permit and comply with all permit conditions or a fine of $100.00 per day be assessed.
