CORRECTIVE ACTIONS:
- Obtain a permit for replacing the water heater.
- Obtain a permit for replacing the HVAC system. It appears that the previous system had a gas heater. The permit will need to address the change from gas to electric.
- Seal off the unused exhaust duct.
- Replace the electrical outlet in the garage that appears to be burnt.
RECOMMENDATION:
The City requests that if the Special Magistrate finds the violation exists, the violator(s) be given 60 days to obtain a permit and comply with all permit conditions or a fine of $100.00 per day be assessed.
