VIOLATIONS:

Section(s): 5-1.105.1 Permit Required

CORRECTIVE ACTIONS:

  1. The electrical service for all buildings has been tampered with and Fort Pierce Utilities has pulled the meters.  In order to se the meters again, an electrical service permit will be required for each building and all other violations for each building must also be addressed. 
  2. Obtain a permit for the structure that is being constructed along the east side of the property.
  3. Obtain a permit for the privacy fence that is being installed/replaced.

RECOMMENDATION:

The City requests that if the Special Magistrate finds the violation exists, the violator(s) be given 60 days to obtain a permit and comply with all permit conditions or a fine of $250.00 per day be assessed.
