SUBJECT:
Approval of renewal of an enterprise license agreement with Environmental Systems Research Institute, Inc. (ESRI) to provide access to ESRI term license software for GIS system on an unlimited basis including maintenance for a 3 year term in the amount not to exceed $120,900.
SUMMARY:
The current three year annual subscription for ESRI Enterprise License agreement ends 09/22/2014. This agreement includes ArcGis software upgrades, ArcPad software upgrades, and Training Package at ESRI site 30 days over three year term, per student seat,10 days per Annum Instructor Led Training.
RECOMMENDATION:
To approve ESRI as a sole source vendor.
