SUBJECT:
Approval of request from Lincoln Park Main Street for a cash advance in the amount of $12,500 from funds budgeted for FY 2018.
SUMMARY:
An unexpected delay in the disbursement of funds from HUD will impact Lincoln Park Main Street's (LPMS) planned events and activities for the first quarter. The contingency funds for LPMS operations and activities are depleted.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff will proceed as directed by the City Commission.
ALTERNATIVES:
Deny request for cash advance.
