SUBJECT:
Approve 3 year contract with St. Lucie County Tourism for the installation of Fort Pierce City Web Cams in an amount not to exceed $2,820.00.
SUMMARY:
St. Lucie County Tourism and the Fort Pierce City Marina have teamed up over the last 3 years to provide the public access to web cams providing a view of our beautiful waterways. There are three cameras in operation at this time. They include:
1. The City Marina
2. The Fort Pierce Inlet
3. The Old Coast Guard Station (paid for by Indian River State College)
As our existing contract is coming to an end, we are asking to renew our partnership with a new 3 year contract and another 3 year option with St. Lucie County Tourism. This new contract reduces our original cost from $2700.00per camera to $1,410.00 per camera. the City Marina is responsible for the City Marina cam and The Fort Pierce Inlet cam only.

Renew contracts with St. Lucie County
ALTERNATIVES:
Non renewal, remove cameras, research other contractors.
