SUBJECT:
Resolution 17-R39 Opposing Legislation that would Restrict or Eliminate Community Redevelopment Agencies.
SUMMARY:
Maintaining the City's ability to have a CRA was an approved legislative priority. This resolution restates our position for the legislature.
RECOMMENDATION:
Approve Resolution.
ALTERNATIVES:
Do not approve or approve with Modifications.
