SUBJECT:
Approval of Revocable Encroachment Permit for Sunshine Car Wash located at 3104 Okeechobee Road.
SUMMARY:
A small but integral portion of Sunrise Car Wash, previously Best Car Wash, located at 3104 Okeechobee Road encroaches on City property. The business is currently in the process of being sold. In order to allow the Sunshine Car Wash to continue operation, a Revocable Encroachment Permit is necessary.
RECOMMENDATION:
Approval to issue Revocable Encroachment Permit.
ALTERNATIVES:
Deny issuance of Revocable Encroachment Permit.
