SUBJECT:
Approval of the removal and replacement by Walmart Stores of two (2) 400 gallon, one (1) 700 gallon, one (1) 200 gallon and one (1) 25 gallon aboveground storage tanks at 5100 Okeechobee Road.
SUMMARY:
Walmart Stores has requested a permit to install two (2) 400 gallon, one (1) 700 gallon, one (1) 200 gallon and one (1) 25 gallon aboveground storage tanks to store bulk oil in the Automotive Center at 5100 Okeechobee Road. City Commission approval is required per Section 7-20 of the City Ordinance.
RECOMMENDATION:
Approve the request to install the storage tanks.
ALTERNATIVES:
Deny the request to install the storage tanks.
