SUBJECT:

Waive interest, penalties, and administrative fees in the amount of $1,002.57 associated with the Lot Clearing Lien against 1710 South Avenue, Ft. Pierce, FL.    Property ID #2409-712-0137-000-6 owned by Innova Investment Group, LLC & Izaro Etxea, LLC, P. O. Box 310686, Miami, FL 33231 contingent upon payment of $541.50 payable in 60 days.

SUMMARY:

Innova Investment Group LLC & Izaro Etzea, LLC are in the process of selling the property.  The property has been in compliance since they took title.  A Nicolas Bravo of Innova Investment Group LLC represents the foreclosing entity that took title upon completion of a foreclosure/DIL on the previous owner.

RECOMMENDATION:

Staff recommends waiving the interest, penalties, and administrative fees in the amount of $1,002.57 leaving a balance due of $541.50 payable in 60 days.

Recommendation is based on the fact that there has been no violations since new owner took ownership. At this time they have a contract for sale on the property.

ALTERNATIVES:

1.  Deny the request.
2.  Determine alternative amount.
