SUBJECT:
Approve contract with Lyle Sumek Associates, Inc. for consultation services for the update of the Leadership and Strategic Plan for an amount not to exceed $23,000 in professional fees.
SUMMARY:
The City of Fort Pierce contracted with Lyle Sumek Associates in 2011, 2015 and 2017 for the creation and update of a Leadership and Strategic Plan.
RECOMMENDATION:
Approve contract with Lyle Sumek Associates, Inc.
ALTERNATIVES:
Seek another vendor; do not hold strategic planning.
