CORRECTIVE ACTIONS:
1. Install smoke detectors as required.
2. Hire a properly licensed electrician to diagnose and repair the electrical problem in the bathroom.
3. Repair or replace the mechanical ventilation fan in the bathroom.
4. Repair or replace the shower floor.
5. Repair or replace the bathroom door.
6. Repair all holes in the ceiling.
7. Replace electrical receptacle faceplates where they are missing.
8. Repair or replace the entry door knob and/or locking mechanism.
9. Repair or replace the toilet handle.
10. The unit is infested with gnats, provide proper treatment.

RECOMMENDATION:
The City requests that if the Special Magistrate finds the violation exists, the violator(s) be given 60 days to comply or a fine of $100.00 per day be assessed.
