CORRECTIVE ACTIONS:
- Please remove all chairs, trash, buckets, coolers, crates, wood and all other miscellaneous items located under porch.
- Please repair all rotten wood around trim and on porch. A permit may be required. Please contact the building department at (772) 467-3000.
- Please cut all overgrown bushes, trees, shrubs and grass.
RECOMMENDATION:
The City requests that if the Special Magistrate finds the violation exists, the violator(s) be given 30 days to apply for permit and comply with all permit conditions or a fine of $150 per day be assessed.
