SUBJECT:
Resolution 18-R16 Correcting appointments and making new appointment to Construction Board of Adjustments and Appeals.
SUMMARY:
It was recently brought to the City Clerk's attention that some of the appointments to the Construction Board of Adjustments and Appeals (CBAA) were inadvertently made without consideration of all eligible applicants.
RECOMMENDATION:
In an effort to provide all eligible applicants with the ability to be considered for the general public opening on the CBAA, it is my recommendation that the City Commission cast a new vote and adopt a corrective resolution. The members of the CBAA that were previously appointed have been notified of the need for reconsideration.
ALTERNATIVES:
Keep the original appointments
