SUBJECT:
Approve change order for SHIP Rehab Bid #2017-019-not to exceed $6,490 to provide replacement of Central Air/Heating system
SUMMARY:
Bid #2017-019 totaling $26,380 was approved by City Commission 6-19-17. This request is for a change order not to exceed $6,490 making total Bid #2017-019 award amount $32,870 to replace faulty air conditioning/heating system in home.
RECOMMENDATION:
Approve Change Order for SHIP Rehab Bid #2017-019 in amount not to exceed $6,490 to include new air conditioning/heating system.
ALTERNATIVES:
Do not approve change order.
