SUBJECT:
Approve Modification Number 5 to Subgrant Agreement Number 14HM-2Y-10-66-02-144 pending review as to form and correctness by City Attorney.
SUMMARY:
Modification Number 5 is to add the Marina Dockmaster Building to the contract for wind retro fit of the doors and windows. The cost is $286,760.00 which brings the total agreement amount to $4,161,703.00.
RECOMMENDATION:
Recommend approval.
