SUBJECT:
Approve Close Construction, LLC as the lowest responsive bidder to Bid # 2018-021 for an amount not to exceed $31,350 for rehabilitation of 435 N 14th Street, funded through the SHIP program.
SUMMARY:
According to the SHIP LHAP, the City may provide Owner-Occupied Housing rehabilitations using SHIP funds to upgrade the exteriors of substandard houses. SHIP assistance is provided to income-eligible owner-occupied households on a first-come, first-qualified, first-served basis.
RECOMMENDATION:
Approve Close Construction, LLC as the lowest responsive bidder for Bid # 2018-021 for an amount not to exceed $31,350.

Do not approve the award of Bid #2018-021
