SUBJECT:
Approve DeLaHoz Builders, INc. as the lowest responsive bidder to Bid # 2018-031 for an amount not to exceed $32,996 for rehabilitation of 1515 Edgewood Terrace, funded through the SHIP program.
SUMMARY:
According to the SHIP LHAP, the City may provide Owner-Occupied Housing rehabilitations using SHIP funds to upgrade the exteriors of substandard houses. SHIP assistance is provided to income-eligible, owner occupied households on a first come, first qualified, first served basis.
RECOMMENDATION:
Approve DeLaHoz Builders, Inc. as the lowest responsive bidder for Bid #2018-031 in an amount not to exceed $32,996.
ALTERNATIVES:
Do not approve the award of Bid # 2018-031 to DeLaHoz Builders, Inc.
