SUBJECT:
Approve Construction Management of Florida, Inc. as the lowest responsive bidder for Bid # 2018-034 for an amount not to exceed $26,105.49 for rehabilitation of 202 South 23rd Street through the SHIP program.
SUMMARY:
According to the SHIP LHAP, the City may provide owner-occupied housing rehabilitations with SHIP funds to upgrade the exteriors of substandard homes. SHIP assistance is provided to income-eligible owner-occupied households on a first come, first qualified, first served basis.
RECOMMENDATION:
Approve Construction Management of Florida, Inc. as the lowest responsive bidder for Bid #2018-033.
ALTERNATIVES:
Do not approve the award of Bid #2018-033.
