SUBJECT:
Request approval of Professional Architectural Services Continuing Contract with the 3 short-listed professional architectural firms, on a project-by-project basis, as a result of RFQ 2018-015.
SUMMARY:
A professional architectural services continuing services contract is needed for projects including, but not limited to the rehabilitation of the historic St. Anastasia building & the Lincoln Theater. RFQ 2018-015 was utilized as well as the City's procurement guidelines for this purpose.
RECOMMENDATION:
Approve entering into Professional Architectural Services Continuing Contract with 3 firms: Bender & Associates Architects, Key West; CPZ Architects, Inc., Jensen Beach; Don Bergman Architecture, LLC, Fort Pierce, following our Legal Department approval of the contract for Form and Correctness.
ALTERNATIVES:
Do not approve entering into a Continuing Services Contract for Professional Architectural Services.
