SUBJECT:
Resolution 18-R30 authorizing the execution of FDOT's Joint Participation Agreement (JPA) Amendment No. 1 which provides an agreement termination date of June 30, 2020.
SUMMARY:
The original JPA failed to stipulate an expiration date for the agreement and therefore, FDOT has requested the City approve the attached Amendment No. 1 and Resolution providing an agreement ending date of June 30, 2020.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends approval

Do not sign and risk losing the State delegated $150,000
