SUBJECT:
Approve Close Construction, LLC as the lowest responsive bidder for Bid #2018-037 for an amount not to exceed $32,190 for the exterior rehabilitation of 813 Avenue M, funded through the State Housing Initiatives Partnership Program.
SUMMARY:
According to the SHIP LHAP, the City may provide owner-occupied housing rehabilitations with SHIP funds to upgrade the exteriors of substandard homes. SHIP assistance is provided on a first-come, first qualified, first served basis.
RECOMMENDATION:
Approve Close construction, LLC as the lowest responsive bidder for Bid #2018-037.
ALTERNATIVES:
Do not approve the award of Bid #2018-037 to Close Construction, Inc.
