SUBJECT:
Vote to reconsider FPRA Action of May 21, 2018 with regard to staff's request to enter into contractual negotiations with the highest rank responder, King Station Development. The action taken was "Not to accept staff's recommendation and accept none of the applications". The reconsideration is at the request of Commissioner Alexander.
SUMMARY:
At the May 21, 2018 FPRA meeting, the Board voted unanimously to "Not to accept staff's recommendation and accept none of the applications". A member voting on the prevailing side is allowed to request that an action be reconsidered. Commissioner Alexander did vote on the prevailing side.
RECOMMENDATION:
Vote to reconsider action taken at the May 21, 2018 FPRA meeting at the request of Commissioner Alexander. Such request for reconsideration requires a majority vote of the Board prior to consideration of the subject of the motion.
ALTERNATIVES:
Not reconsider the action.
