CORRECTIVE ACTIONS:
- Please pressure wash the structure where the exterior walls are needed.
- Please remove all boards from the windows.
- Please remove all tarps, trash, and other miscellaneous items from the yard.
- Please have all vehicles on the property licensed and operable at all times or remove them from the property.
RECOMMENDATION:
The City requests that if the Special Magistrate finds the violation exists, the violator(s) be given 30 days to comply or a fine of $75.00 per day be assessed.
