SUBJECT:

Reconsider the approval of the technical specifications in preparation of the issuance of an RFP for the operation of Little Jim Bait and Tackle. 

SUMMARY:

At the direction of the Mayor and Commission, staff has drafted the attached technical specifications in preparation of the issuance of an RFP for the operation of Little Jim Bait and Tackle upon termination of the existing lease. 

RECOMMENDATION:

Direct staff to take any necessary actions to execute the desire of the Mayor and Commission.

ALTERNATIVES:

Modify the specifications or take no action.
