CORRECTIVE ACTIONS:
1. Obtain a permit for the electrical wiring above the ceiling that has been replaced and/or installed.
2. Hire a properly licensed contractor to determine the source of water intrusion and make all necessary repairs.
3. Replace the missing and water damaged ceiling tiles.
4. Repair all holes in the interior walls.
5. Repair all holes in the exterior walls and seal all cracks.
6. The glass panes in the jalousie window have been replaced with a fixed piece of glass. Replace the jalousie panes or obtain a permit to replace the window.
7. Repair all rotten window frames and all other rotten wood on the exterior of the structure.
8. It appears that a sanitary drain line is discharging out of the side of the building. All sanitary drain lines must be properly connected to the sewer system.
9. Once all exterior walls have been properly sealed, treat the property for the rodent infestation.

RECOMMENDATION:
The City requests that if the Special Magistrate finds the violation exists, the violator(s) be given 60 days to obtain a permit; obtain any other required permits pursuant to the Florida Building Code and/or the Code of Ordinances; obtain approval for all required inspections at least every 180 days until the permit has been closed; comply with all other permit conditions; and, cure all other violations described in the Order not requiring a permit or a fine of $100.00 per day be assessed.
