SUBJECT:
Resolution No. 18-R50 - Accepting the Building Official's Certified Building Code Exemptions of certain structures.
SUMMARY:
The Building Department is requesting exemption from the permitting of certain structures as these structures do not conform to the Florida Building Code's guidelines, which renders them incapable of receiving a permit.
RECOMMENDATION:
Approval of Resolution 18-R50.
ALTERNATIVES:
Do not approve Resolution 18-R50
