FINDINGS/ORDER:
February 3, 2016 Special Magistrate Ross found Maria Reyes responsible for the violation and ordered her 60 days to obtain a permit and comply to all permit conditions or a fine of $100.00 per day would be assessed.
ACTION DATES:
- April 8, 2016 an inspection was made, the violation(s) were not in compliance, the fines began.
- August 1, 2016 prior to recording a lien on property, Staff learned of a new owner and sent a letter advising them of the violation(s) and fines that were accruing.
- July 24, 2018, after contact from Mr. Novas, the violations were in compliance, the fines stopped.
- Total amount of fines $83,730.00 (includes $30.00 recording fees).
