Presentation and update on Trap/Neuter/Vaccinate/Return (TNVR) program.
SUMMARY:
Presentation to update the Commission on the TNVR program, which was established by the City Commission in April 2017.
RECOMMENDATION:
Continue support of the TNVR program.
ALTERNATIVES:
Discontinue the TNVR program.
