FINDINGS/ORDER:

September 6, 2017 - Special Magistrate found Aljen Inc. responsible for the vioations and gave them 60 days to obtain a permit and comply to all permit conditions or a fine of $100.00 per day would be assessed.

ACTION DATES:

November 7, 2017 - Building Department Investigator Coss exercised his authorization to grant an extension of 90 days and issued a warning that if the property doesn't come into compliance by the end of the extension the owner will have to go before the Special Magistrate to request another extension.
February 14, 2018 - Received request from Karen Poller for a Massey hearing.
April 4, 2018 - Special Magistrate stopped the fines from accruing and issued order allowing 30 days to obtain the permit and comply with all permit conditions.
July 3, 2018 - Building Department Investigator Coss found cause to grant another 90 day extension.
October 26, 2018 - An inspection was made, the property was now in compliance, and another Massey hearing was scheduled.
Total fines due is $2,040.00 (includes $40.00 recording fees).
