CORRECTIVE ACTIONS:

1. Store bins to the side or rear of the home.
2. Repair the awning, shutters and soffit of the back building.
3. Paint the front building and the back building where it is bare, peeling, discolored, and the awning.

RECOMMENDATION:

The City requests that if the Special Magistrate finds the violation exists, the violator(s) be given 10 days to comply or a fine of $50.00 per day be assessed.
