SUBJECT:
Update on status of negotiations with the Humane Society of St. Lucie County
SUMMARY:
When the Commission approved the FY 2019 contract, staff was directed to work with St. Lucie County and Port St. Lucie and the Humane Society to resolve multiple issues and concerns regarding the operation of the Humane Society and to develop a single, unified contract to include all three (3) jurisdictions.
RECOMMENDATION:
