SUBJECT:
Approve reimbursement to the Arts and Cultural Alliance of St. Lucie County in the amount of $5,245.00 for the maintenance of Public Art within Fort Pierce.
SUMMARY:
Public art in Fort Pierce needs maintenance. The Arts & Cultural Alliance of SLC determined the maintenance needs of individual pieces and then solicited bids for the work. The cost is $5,245 and will be paid through an approved allocation in the City's 2014-2015 Action Plan.
RECOMMENDATION:
Approve the expenditure to provide maintenance to public art in the City.
ALTERNATIVES:
Do not approve the expenditure.
