SUBJECT:

Approve waiver of fees in the amount of $10,875.61 associated with the demolition lien against 108 N 16th Street, Fort Pierce, FL 34950, Parcel No. 2409-510-0021-000-0 owned by Juan Antonio Esquivel, 1605 Pine Hollow Drive, Fort Pierce, FL contingent upon payment of $7,200.00 payable in 30 days.  

SUMMARY:

Request by applicant to waive administrative fees, interest, and penalties in the amount of $10,875.61.  Mr. Esquivel and his brother, Benjamin Esquivel owns 3 adjacent properties and they plan on building on it in the future.

RECOMMENDATION:

Staff recommends waiving interest, penalties, and administrative fees in the amount of $10,875.61 contingent upon payment of balance in the amount of $7,200.00 payable in 30 days.

Approve Staff recommendation.
Determine alternative amount.
