SUBJECT:
Approval of the Collective Bargaining Agreement covering the period of October 1, 2016 through September 30, 2018 between the City of Fort Pierce and Coastal Florida Police Benevolent Association (PBA).
SUMMARY:
The City of Fort Pierce has engaged in negotiations with the Coastal Florida Police Benevolent Association (PBA) for a Collective Bargaining Agreement covering the period of October 1, 2016 through September 30, 2018. The attached Agreement was ratified by Union membership on April 4, 2019 and is now being submitted for City Commission approval.
RECOMMENDATION:
Approval of Collective Bargaining Agreement.
ALTERNATIVES:
Proceed as directed by City Commission.
