CORRECTIVE ACTIONS:
- Repair or replace the roof where it is leaking.
- Replace all damaged soffit, fascia and overhangs.
- All exterior walls must be sealed to prevent entry of water and rodents.
- Replace all water damaged drywall.
- Properly cover all exposed wiring. Replace all missing outlet faceplates.
RECOMMENDATION:
The City requests that if the Special Magistrate finds the violation exists, the violator(s) be given 60 days to comply or a fine of $250.00 per day be assessed and order all utilities to the premises be suspended while the violation continues.
